I received my Hey Abby 420 Soil Edition about 2 weeks ago. I received the package in fairly good condition. There were a quite a few scratches and, in the back, one of the screws were snapped in half and missing the screw head. To my perception, it doesn't alter the way the machine works. The customer care was great. They cleared up a few questions that I had. I'm brand new to growing. I've only smoked for 2 years. And quite frankly, I know very little. The app has made it easy to understand each step into growing. I'm learning a lot. I'm hopeful that my first grow will turn out well enough for a first time planter. I'm only 2 weeks in, so I can't give an absolute review on the product. But, the customer service is great. The directions are very helpful. And the machine is very easy to use.

I have germinated at least a half dozen seeds in the abby and that’s as far as it ever got following step by step directions. Meanwhile wI have had successful grows of 4 different strains indoors and outdoors while struggling with this Abby. Now my trial period is up and nothing to show for it. I’ll be using it as a very expensive natural grow chamber. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that your growing experience hasn’t met your expectations. After reviewing your case, we noticed there was limited communication with our grower team. The last interaction we found was in September, when our grower assisted you with the replant feature in the app to restart your grow. They also shared a helpful tip for encouraging root development, and made attempts to follow up with you on the progress. Unfortunately, they didn’t hear back from you after that. We truly believe that ongoing communication with our grower team is key to overcoming challenges and achieving a successful harvest. This is why we offer a free 3-month 1-on-1 grower support subscription with each grow box purchase. We highly encourage you to take advantage of this support and send pictures of your plant and its roots via the app. This will allow our grower team to provide more specific and actionable advice. We are committed to your success and would love to work together to resolve any issues you’re facing. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly for assistance. We're here to help!
If you have any questions from products to growing. their to help you and give you the answers you need to fix any problems or just questions about a product.

First off I've been researching growing indoors for 2 years now when hey Abby caught my eye. I've done my homework from then up until November first of 24. Finally I pulled the trigger and based off the early black Friday deal I decided to go with the 420 model yet show a young company company long term commitment and did a year subscription knowing there are more powerful fertilizers out there. Fast forward to November 11th I still hadn't heard anything about my purchase so I decided to chat in when I met Kayla from the customer care team, who told me the item was backordered until possibly April of 25! I was devastated! Simply because nowhere does it state in the purchasing of the products on the website to warn you of back orders. Luckily Kayla and I worked through a resolution that turned my 0 to this question into compelling me into doing something I never do make sure I tell as many people as possible the positive that can come when working with a down to earth reasonable company. Kudos Kayla and hey Abby you have my business for life. I'll be buying the og model in January!
