I had a problem with the app showing that the light has an error the heyabby team was very helpful and sorted the issue as soon as possible and kept me in the loop 5 stars great team thank you heyabby

Bought one came dented box tried to contact but only by E mail wouldn’t refund or replace had to take a 100 dollar credit still doesn’t work errors on temp gauge for water says 98 degrees but temp is only 65 gave piece and f shit wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Reached out to then and still no response! 6 days later still nothing! Now going on Feb19 2025 and still no response in there product this review backs my decision on writing it poor customer service don’t buy from them!

Shipping insurance is automatically included with all orders to ensure a hassle-free purchase experience. If a shipping issue occurs, we always guide customers to file a claim with the insurance provider immediately to secure a resolution—whether that’s a replacement, full refund, or partial compensation based on the actual damage. 2. Worst product I have ever spent over $1000 comes in broken doesn’t even work tried to talk to support they told me I either need to buy a completely new one or spend around $700 to fix the one I have. Keep in mind I haven’t even started to use it yet but some how I’m the reason it’s broken and won’t work… worlds shittiest company product everything they need to be shut down asap!!! Also when I did talk to customer support I was politely told to f off multiple times.

In rare cases where a customer opts out of shipping insurance, compensation for shipping damage is not covered. If needed, our engineering team works to find the most cost-effective solution to restore the unit rather than forcing a full replacement. Additionally, we have zero tolerance for rude or inappropriate behavior from our support team. Our customer service records do not reflect the behavior you described, and we take such accusations very seriously. If you have actual evidence of mistreatment, we encourage you to provide it so we can investigate properly. We are happy to assist all genuine customers, but without any record of your order or communication, your claims appear to be unfounded. Great product, unbelievably well thought through. Customer services are incredibly helpful and really easy to deal with if you need help or advice.
