So far my experience has been great. I had my appointment this morning and the PA was great and she was very knowledgeable. I’ll update again once I start but I’m ready to start my journey

I accidentally destroyed my brand new shipment. Scott was extremely responsive and got a new order right out to me. Also, I'm very happy with the quality of the medicine.

My appointment was excellent. There were some technical issues but I was able to connect back to the appointment with the scheduled NP. Dawn Brown was amazing. She explained everything and answered my questions thoroughly. Thanks Henry Meds!

Signs a company is getting ready to go out of business: They bill you, provide half the service promised, bill you again for no service, stop updating their social media and give the run around by multiple email follow ups. 5/7/24 Signed up 5/16/24 Telehealth visit, told 8-10 days until meds are shipped 5/17/24 Last FB update by Henry Meds 5/31/24 Emailed on 11th business day to ask what's up with meds, website changes to say that the pharmacy "order received" with no estimate on shipping 6/4/24 Reply from Henrymeds: there's a pharmacy backlog 6/7/24 Requested update on when meds will ship 6/8/24 Charged for second month of service, no service received. 6/10/24 17th business day, no meds shipped, no clarification from Henrymeds
