So far so good. They have good processes in place and I'm expecting my meds to start next week.

This was actually my first face time call, he made it so easy to handle.

The process is very easy and my practitioner was very professional, explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. I already received a notice that my medication shipped the same day as my appointment.

Henry Meds is a solid company, and their care has been very good. The few times there have been issues, all you have to do is call. Agents are quick to pick up, friendly, and they listen AND respond. I wish my other healthcare experiences could all be handled so efficiently. I will add that pricing is more than fair, video check-ins are free with ongoing patients, and the product I have been using has been effective and I have had few side-effects. Highly recommended. Special shout out to Trisha J. in customer care - she is impressively efficient!

The process has been seamless so far! Making an appointment was super simple, and the provider I had was excellent and very thorough. She took the time to explain how to take the medicine, and also reviewed the side effects with me. I’m looking forward to getting the meds and starting this process!
