Terrible experience. Took the oral meds and didn’t work and have tried several times to meet with the NP again to go over dosage and they keep avoiding me or making an appointment and then cancelling. They do not help you at all. Terrible customer service experience and response.

My initial appointment was June 11. My rx has not even been processed yet, 16 days later. Never mind being shipped, or filled even, it hasn’t been PROCESSED. I’m concerned that this is actually a fraudulent company advertising on the social platforms and plan to call my bank as well as the proper legal authorities on Monday if I don’t see any action.

I signed up for the injectable tirzepatide for insulin-resistant weight management. What can I say other than the entire process was well-managed and the drug works extremely well. You get plenty of the drug, well-packaged, with plenty of supplies (basically little syringes of the type used for insulin). They have a knowledgeable MD on call who consults with you every couple of months, and I imagine would talk to you if you had a problem. Giving yourself an injection is freaky at first, lol, but really the only challenge is getting the drug into the syringe. The needle is so thin that it will snap off if you aren't careful. The injections are totally painless and take a couple of minutes once a week, start to finish. I have done a low-carb diet and have lost 25 pounds so far. The drug makes it so much easier to resist impulse eating, snacking, etc. My blood pressure is way down! 115/75 and I am 75 yrs old.
