The whole process was so easy!

The provider was extremely professional and explained everything regarding weight loss and the medication. All of my questions were answered and repeated as needed. overall, it was an excellent experience. I will definitely recommend this company to friends.

Everything went smoothly from the video call to speaking with the PA.

Promised a discount but when I changed my order at the advice of the medical team I got an invoice for the difference without the discount, with a link to authorize the charge. When I inquired, no one was able to answer my questions or fix it. Meanwhile, they charged my credit card for the old and full price for the new, without my authorization. Not only did I not authorize the second charge, the amount was more than what they asked me to authorize. Called to cancel and request refund. Hopefully, this will be the end of it. Also a bit concerned that no one could tell me if this was the medicine with sodium in it (Research this, it’s a big deal)

Provider was helpful and great to work with. She explained the plan well.

Had my initial consultation today and should have my meds within 10 days. So far I’m pleased w/ the availability of Information, east of reaching customer service and professionalism of my care coordinator. Excited to get started.

I just got through my first video appt with a PA. She was very thorough and wanted to get all my questions answered. Called customer service a few times with questions as well and they always took good care of me. Going forward, we will see how it goes with receiving the medication.
