Henry meds has the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. I had a family emergency that required my presence in an area of the state with no wifi or internet. I had an issue with billing and didn't even know it. Rather than just cutting me off and letting it go with threatening emails, Trisha J. Specifically reached out to me and personally saw me through the steps to get my account current and in good standing. She had bedside manner that you don't find in any internet support anymore. Any questions I had, any time of day or night the Henry Meds team made sure to answer them and always put my health concerns first. I will continue to recommend Henry Meds to my family and friends that have weight loss concerns.

Haven't received medication yet but the process has been so easy. The NP was awesome & answered all my questions. She really made me feel like I made the right decision

My appointment with Valerie was more than I was expecting. She was kind and informative, and explained everything that goes along with the oral med that I chose to start with. She went over all side effects and answered every question I had. I am impressed with the procedure, and they will even follow up, which I thought was excellent. They are not selling you drugs and running away. They truly want you to succeed!
