The NP I spoke to was very informative and thorough. I liked that she took her time explaining the process. She asked me at the end of our interview if I had any questions. My insurance does not cover weight loss medication and this was a great alternative. I am looking forward to getting started.

The website was easy to navigate and, when I had missed a step, Henry Meds sent me an email reminder in plenty of time. I got timely reminders and texts before the video call, and the woman I spoke to was thorough, knowledgeable and delightful. I wish all interactions were this easy!

Website easy to use and schedule video appointment with doctor. Doctor was very professional and answered all my questions and was very patient. My insurance would not cover medicine for weight loss and the out of pocket was too high. Henry’s prices were affordable

I had my first appointment today, to receive my medication. The appointment was very quick and easy. She answered all the questions I had. I also called the billing department for questions and they were very helpful as well. I like the fact I can reach out to them for any questions I have. Looking forward to my new journey of losing weight.
