I had my first call this morning. Melissa Rubio was wonderful! She was prepared and on time. She had researched my information and had great feedback for me. So far the whole process has been seamless and is moving quickly! I’m so excited to begin the process….❤️

They get you hooked with the first prescription and then forget about you. Contacted them the day I took my last dose and was told you be fine missing your next dose. Told them I was going out of state so I would be missing two doses . There response was you will be fine. I am paid for three months but only received enough medication for 6 weeks. I am not going to start and stop every couple weeks so I canceled.

I could not be happier with my first appointment! The provider's expertise was impressive and she was great with the details. Very professional and also had a very warm demeanor. Thanks very much, I feel very confident and Henry Meds.

Ms. Powers NP was superb! Knowledgable, on time, supportive and solicitous. She was prepared for the appointment and definitely had read my medical history. She took time to review the side effects and made sure that I was understanding.

Just starting my journey with Henry but so far I am impressed. Had my first consultation with the PA yesterday via video call and it was a great experience. Knowing there is an actual person there to help along the way. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.
