I phoned at 7:45AM, 15 minutes PRIOR to opening time for Customer Service and was greeted by a knowledgeable, professional human named Mark within seconds! He was able to resolve my questions quickly and had the answers I needed to feel I was in very good hands. Many thanks!

Filled out forms, paid for 3 months, video interview with nurse, and three days later received shipment. Starting with low dosage as recommended and not feeling any side effects or appetite change on day 2. Overall I am impressed that everything went well. Hallandale Pharmacy filled the order. I guess it is a leap of faith that I got what I paid for...sterile and properly compounded. Time will tell if I feel and see good results. Standby.

Had an appointment last Tuesday. Medication wasn’t sent, provider never followed up, nothing. Provider didn’t send it until I called and emailed customer service. Glad I paid $200 for someone to forget to do their job. They say 7-10 business days but it’s been 8 business days and nothing has been processed. The customer service rep Brooke was helpful and did her best, but there’s just no excuse for the NP forgetting to send it.
