So far this experience has been great. Intent form was clear and to the point. Appointment was available within 2 to 3 days. Physician answered all my questions and I feel comfortable and confident starting my medication. It's also convenient that my prescription will be delivered directly to me.

I had my appointment today. It was great. The NP I spoke with was knowledgeable with the interview and wanted to make sure I understood everything about the program and the use of the GIP-1 medication I would be receiving. My initial consultation was today so I can’t comment on the program yet… The provider I spoke with was very helpful in answering all my concerns.

Review update: Despite the extra hoops and my concerns about the timing, the company made it right; and as with their initial shipment the replacement shipment arrived much sooner than they estimated. The difference between good and great companies is how they fix errors when they happen. I’m very satisfied with their resolution overall, and I look forward to continuing our relationship. This was my initial review: All went well until the script arrived... Without the medicine vial! Needles and swabs and cool pack were included... No medicine. Then I was given 24 hours to sign statement declaring I didn't receive the meds. I don't have an issue with that, but I'm now told it will be another 8-10 business before I receive the replacement meds. EXTREMELY concerned and disappointed. UPDATE: Issue satisfactorily resolved. Thank You
