I love they are thorough and fast and explain things to you in regular terms and not talk at you. I would def recommend using them.

Been with them for about 2 years. Overall very happy. In particular, the customer service is really good. Easy to chat with someone, they are nice and have been very fair. The product (semaglutide) works well, I lost the 35 pounds that I gained in my '50s and that I had been unable to shake with diet and exercise alone.

I have no meds again, you keep taking my money and don't get things out. Not cool, you tell me to keep my T levels level. I had to go get needles and suck out the last bit of an empty bottle last week and here I am again..... and get rid of your online AI support, it does nothing but run you around. PS the T therapy has changed my life

Fast replies to my questions and my RN is fast getting back to me and going over my blood work, and easy to book appointments and grest to do it over the phone. My life is on the right track because this company!

My appointments are easily made and my medications are processed in a timely manner. They are always accommodating to my schedule.

I signed up about a year ago. Everything was fine for the first 2 shipments of glp meds. Then the shipments stopped. When I contacted them they said that the glp stuff was no longer considered in shortage so they could no longer do the once a week shot stuff. They offered me the once a day shot stuff. They had charged me 5 times (monthly) for 2 shipments. They said no refund because I didn't cancel. I didn't want to cancel, THEY said that they couldn't ship me the glp once a week stuff, not me. So I say give me credit for what they did not ship me and send me the new once a day shot glp. Weeks later I get a shipment of no meds, just needles. A month later I contact them to let them know I never got the meds. They say tough luck, I waited to long to let them know. How would I know that the shipment I received was not all that it should be? Charged for a year, for only 2 monthly shipments. They say no refund for the 10 months where they shipped nothing. Simple customer service solution. "We would be happy to send you your meds for free until we catch up". Never offered anything. COMPLETE SCAM

Michael in customer service was great and tried to help within his boundaries, but I ultimately cancelled my prescription because Henry Meds has serious communication issues. When I first completed my blood work, it took weeks to receive my prescription. The portal just showed “processing,” and I only got an update after calling. At that point, I was told it would arrive the next day and that the portal was inaccurate. This time, the exact same issue happened with my refill. The portal showed “processing,” so I called again—only to find out the prescription hadn’t shipped because I first needed new bloodwork. This should have been communicated much earlier to avoid a lapse in treatment. Other services I’ve used have handled this process far more smoothly, with timely notifications and clearer communication. Unfortunately, Henry Meds fell short in this area.
