Henry meds pricing plans are extremely deceiving! You think you're paying for the medication as you need it, but it's just a monthly subscription and not a pay per medication plan. My first prescription came timely, the pharmacy is in Florida and that is where I live. The 2nd one, hadn't even been processed for a week! And funny how that coincided with the fact that my billing date was days away. So if I was billed again before I got this prescription, I would have been paying $900 for 2 prescriptions of standard issue Semaglutide! They lead you to believe it's $297 per prescription. They also told me that if I did month to month, I could pause at any time if I had too much or needed a break...not possible. Then when I tried to get the prescription that was already submitted for me last week, I was told that if I cancel, they will not send it...terrible customer service, scam company!

I just started o how to review? I had July 3 appt & talked with a NP, we decided since I had 2 trips coming up immediately would be best to wait until back in Aug. When I called in August I was told I had to redo all info & start over. I think there should have been a note put in that I had already done all that & just needed to complete an appt. I will be starting med soon, so that will be when I can really do an accurate review.
