I knew what was wrong but didn't have insurance to go to the doctor to get the prescription. With wisp I was able to fill out the forms requesting the medication I knew I needed and the care team was amazing at filling my request and sending the prescription to my pharmacy! Paid and still not getting it

as of writing this, i am STILL waiting to hear back from someone about my prescription. the service is GREAT if you do not want any recommendations or give any input on YOUR choices. they just take your money and you get nothing. then you basically are going to have to go to the doctor anyway. have been using this service for years, now.....not sure if i need to start looking elsewhere. ALSO NOTE: be sure to check out all the canned responses to every non 4 or 5 star review. There is no point to reach out, it's bots on the site, and equally, no one resolves your issue when you email.

Asks for a ton of personal data including an ID and previous medical records, only to deny treatment. They will then refuse to delete your information unless you provide additional information. What a scam.
