Booked and paid for a cleaning. They confirmed via email. They then sent my job to a different company. Then that company sent an email saying they were sending it to yet another company, all without checking whether I was ok with having the service I paid for being shopped around. Finally, this company confirmed, then called me and realized they don’t have the staff to do the work. Now I’m just trying to get refunded. Stay away from these guys.
