Perfect meeting with excellent advice!

Everyone on chat seemed very helpful, but when it came time to be interviewed by the doctor, I was put off by her brusqueness. She seemed too much in a hurry to get off the line. And even though she asked if I had questions, you can tell what she really meant was you better not have any questions. She had no introduction, seemed almost rude, and did not want to be disturbed. Not really good, especially for those who are new to this.

Wow what a great service HelloMD provides. I had one snafu after downloading the app where it kept closing while I tried to enter a meeting with my doctor. I chatted with customer service and within a few minutes he had the problem solved. Now that's customer service. Thank you. The doctor was kind and professional. She asked very pertinent questions and I was very satisfied. I so appreciate not having to make a special trip to renew my card. It was well worth the price.
