I was a bit nervous about my appointment. The doctor was fabulous, he chatted like a normal nonjudgmental person, he made me feel comfortable and at ease. This was a great experience.

It was a reasonable experience. Not great; not bad. They make a big deal about being "always open", which is silly because I was immediately disappointed when I had to make an appointment for the next day. I had to install Zoom, which is fine, but it didn't work with my webcam. They were 15 minutes to start the appointment, then waited another 15 for the doctor, who was brusque -- to put it politely. The bottom line is that it's easier than having to go somewhere and hang out with a bunch of stoners and then meet with some strange guy, but that's about it.
