Very easy process. It's even easier if you're not technically challenged like me and fortunately, the kind gentleman who checked me in, was very patient and helped me get logged on. Doc was pleasant and I received my recommendation via email the same day.

Getting my recommendation through HelloMD was very easy! The process is simple, not hard to answer the questions or upload the required photos. My physician was very friendly and patient with any questions or concerns.
