Melissa, thank you for sharing this candid feedback. We're glad your provider experience was positive, and we understand how policy concerns around testing requirements can feel frustrating, especially when they affect whether you continue care. Providers on Klarity make independent clinical decisions, and our policies are designed with patient safety and care quality in mind, but we take your concerns seriously and want our team to review them with you privately. Please contact us through your patient portal or at [email protected] so we can follow up directly.

That's the kind of careful, patient-centered experience we want people to have through Klarity. If you ever need anything from our team, you can reach us through your patient portal or at [email protected].

Hi aussie girl 2, we're very sorry for the experience you described. Waiting for an appointment and not being able to reach live support is frustrating, and it is not the level of care or communication we expect on Klarity. Providers on our platform make independent clinical decisions and manage their clinical schedules, but our team wants to look into what happened and help resolve this quickly. Please contact us through your patient portal or at [email protected] so we can follow up privately and support you directly.
