I have been a patient of Margaret Gallagher for two and a half years, without incident and I was always polite and appreciative of the assistance that was provided to me! Currently, I was told by Margaret that she would no longer prescribe my nighttime medication. I was told that I had to 2027 to manage a much needed tapering process. Tapering is encouraged and advised for these medications… it is only reasonable and in the patient best physical and mental health. And that is what Klarity Health is all about or so it is implied in your website. Each provider for Klarity is managing their own partnership but there is a higher standard that needs to be addressed. Treat people like the human beings that we are! Please read about tapering off medication and treat your patients with kindness.

I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer during my ADHD appointment. She was incredibly responsive, attentive, and easy to talk to. What stood out to me most was her bedside manner. She made me feel comfortable, listened without judgment, and created an environment where I felt genuinely heard and understood. She was warm, personable, and professional throughout the entire appointment. It's refreshing to encounter a healthcare provider who makes you feel like a person rather than just another patient. I truly appreciate her approach and would absolutely recommend her!

Customer service is incompetent and unreachable. I was charged an $80 fee for a client who did not complete the paperwork, would not respond to my inquiries, and late cancelled. They charged the fee 5 days BEFORE the session was even scheduled. Customer service is nearly non-existent. Days go between emails. There is no way to get ahold of someone quickly. No live chat. And their responses to me have been slow, if they come at all. My client cancelled before 24 hours. According to what I signed they should not charge me. But how can I dispute this when I can only "chat" with AI? I will not do business with a company that I cannot quickly reach. Email support takes forever, tickets are created but never marked as complete. And I can't do anything about it except email, which takes days. Insane.

Do not do business with this website, especially a provider named Jamie Spitale. He no-showed for an appointment, then charged ME a $150 no-show fee. This site is also billing my credit card for recurring fees which I did not authorize. Klarity claims the providers are independent agents, but they charged my credit card for unauthorized charges, and they give these unscrupulous providers a place to work, so they are ultimately responsible. There may be some providers that are not scammers, but you don't know until you get ripped off by them.

The psychiatrist was knowledgeable, understanding of my situations, supportive, empathetic, she patiently listened to everything she didn't interrupt me such a great comfortable experience! Thank you Klarity

My telehealth appointment with Dr. Patrick Ollar, referred by Klarity Health, Inc., was kind and professional. He acknowledged my concerns and asked important questions to reach a diagnosis. Dr. Ollar prescribed my desired medication, and I look forward to my follow-up appointment in 30 days.

My provider, Tessa Fletcher, was very professional, kind, and helpful. She also checked my medical records thoroughly to understand my needs and journey.

Patient-oriented, highly skilled and extensive experience in vast majority of medical fields, and applied during many years of military service.
