Accessing provider was easy and communications were prompt and clear

Thank you, John! We're glad connecting through Klarity was easy and that communication was prompt and clear. Making quality care easier to access is central to our mission, and we appreciate you sharing what worked well. If you ever need a hand, reach us through your patient portal or at [email protected].
I had a wonderful experience meeting with Jennifer. From the beginning, she was warm, friendly, and professional, and I immediately felt comfortable speaking with her. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and made me feel heard rather than rushed. Jennifer was knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and incredibly supportive throughout our visit. She communicated clearly with me, patiently answered my questions, and involved me in the conversation about my care. Her approach felt genuinely patient-centered, respectful, and thoughtful. It can make such a difference to have a provider who combines clinical knowledge and efficiency with kindness and compassion, and Jennifer did exactly that. I left the appointment feeling heard, supported, and confident in the plan moving forward. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a psychiatric provider who truly listens and cares about her patients.

Candi, we appreciate you taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. Feeling heard, having time for questions, and being treated with kindness matter, and we're happy those qualities stood out to you. Your kind words encourage our work to make quality care more accessible. Our team is here whenever you need support through your patient portal or at [email protected].
Please stay far away from this company, finally decided to get some mental health help and has made my adhd way worst than it was, most providers only care about prescribing you to charge your insurance. After this I came to understand why most people don't get help! I would recommend anyone even chatgpt before them

Jo, we're sorry this experience left you feeling discouraged and concerned that your needs weren't being put first. That is not the experience we want for anyone using Klarity. While providers on our platform make independent clinical decisions, we take your feedback seriously and would like our support team to review your concerns with you. To protect your privacy, please contact [email protected] or reach out through your patient portal so we can follow up privately. We want to help address this as quickly as possible.
There are a bunch of NP’s who do not know what they’re doing. They will take your money, have some expensive intake and they will not help you the way you need to be helped and they will abandon you. I’m sure there are good and peace but there’s too many unprofessional, not vetted unqualifiedones there. In payhad bad experience with provider NEKEN PRINGL she went to Walden University, which is a very low university that is online does not follow people whether or not they do their clinicals appropriately. I had to help her do some things because I am in the nursing field. I have to tell her hey you cannot do this. You will get in trouble. And clarity health does nothing about it Nurse practitioners don’t go through the rigorous schooling psychiatrist to they don’t have a lot of the training that an actual MD has All I can say is it was just terrible if you could find a doctor on there maybe you’ll have a better experience but do not go with the nurse practitioners

Hi J Lee, thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience. What you've described — feeling unsupported, not helped, and ultimately abandoned — is not what we want for anyone at Klarity, and it doesn't reflect the standard of care we expect every patient to receive. We understand how frustrating and disheartening this must have been. We take concerns about care quality very seriously and want to make this right. Please reach out to our support team directly so we can look into what happened and address it properly — things are best handled privately where we can speak openly. You can contact us at [email protected] or through your patient portal. Thank you again for speaking up. Your care and wellbeing matter to us. — The Klarity Team
I’m sharing this review because my experience with Klarity was disappointing, particularly as someone who works in healthcare and understands how important it is for patients to feel heard and respected. I used Klarity’s telemedicine service for insomnia and anxiety. Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with the provider I was assigned. Respectfully, I will not name him, but I found his communication and professionalism concerning, and I was left feeling quite uncomfortable after my interactions with him. I reached out to Klarity directly to express my concerns because I felt they were important and deserved to be acknowledged. Unfortunately, I felt my concerns were largely dismissed. The response was essentially, “I’m sorry you felt this way, but we can switch you to another provider.” I was also told that Klarity is primarily a marketing platform connecting patients with providers. Offering to switch providers may address the immediate issue, but it did not address the concern I was actually raising: how my experience was handled and whether my concerns were being taken seriously. As someone who works in healthcare and deals with patients, I found this especially disheartening. Patients seeking care for anxiety, insomnia, or other personal concerns are putting themselves in a vulnerable position. Feeling heard, respected, and taken seriously should matter just as much as finding another provider. Ultimately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in Klarity, and I will not be continuing as a patient. I hope they take feedback like this seriously and consider how they handle patient concerns in the future.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and please accept our sincere apologies. You raised a concern that deserved to be taken seriously and met with genuine care — not a rote response. You're right that feeling heard is fundamental to good care. Patients seeking support for anxiety and insomnia are trusting us with something personal, and that trust carries real weight. While providers on Klarity make independent clinical decisions, how we as a company respond to patient concerns is absolutely our responsibility — and we clearly fell short for you. Your feedback matters, and we want the chance to make this right. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] or through your patient portal so we can address your concerns in a more private and meaningful way. We appreciate you taking the time to share this, even when it was painful to do so.
Dr. Clarke provided exceptional service. He listened carefully, answered my questions, and gave recommendations that made sense for my specific needs. I appreciated how thorough and caring he was, and I would gladly recommend him to others. 🥰

Video call with Casey was awesome! She is very knowledgeable and explained to me about my medication. The team was very diligent about keeping me informed when my appointment was and what time. I recommend Casey and her company 100%.

Cherry, this made our day! We're so happy to hear that your video call with Casey left you feeling informed and well cared for — her dedication to keeping patients in the loop is something we genuinely value. The teamwork you experienced, from scheduling communication to the appointment itself, is exactly what Klarity aims to deliver every time. Thank you for recommending us! We're here whenever you need us at [email protected] or through your patient portal.
This was an exercise in frustration. I booked the appointment, but then I got about 3-5 emails and texts asking me to complete various steps to re-book the appointment. They also texted me to ask about medical history. I can't believe they wanted me to share that via text! The booking form never recognized my insurance, even though I found this provider through the provider search mechanism. In the end, they threatened to cancel my appointment if I didn't share medical history via text, so I told them to cancel it. This is probably the worst Telehealth experience I've ever had.

Nathan, thank you for sharing this — and we're genuinely sorry the experience was this frustrating. Multiple follow-up messages, being asked to share medical history by text, and insurance that wasn't recognized despite coming through our own provider search are all things that fall short of the standard we hold ourselves to. We understand why you made the decision you did, and we don't take that lightly. We'd very much like to understand what happened and see if there's anything we can do to address it. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] or through our patient portal — our team will handle your concerns with the privacy and care they deserve. We hope to have the chance to earn back your trust.
