Andre, we're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience, and we want you to know your concerns are taken seriously. Seeking help for a condition that affects your daily life only to feel let down by the consultation is deeply frustrating — and that experience does not reflect the standard of care we strive to provide at Klarity. While providers on our platform make independent clinical decisions, we are committed to ensuring patients are well-matched with providers who have the relevant expertise. We take feedback like yours seriously and want to do better.
