I searched SO MANY CRMs. I just wanted something simple but complete. Bonsai was the ONLY CRM I found that had just the tools I needed. The form templates were a happy surprise. So glad I found Bonsai!

The fact that the POA/POA revocation was readily accessible as a blank template was better than the other websites which offered a free limited subsription and then hoped that one would lapse into monthly payments.

Template was easy to download and complete. Did not need to put any personal information online to access the template.
