Isabell guided me through the process and presented several options that fit my budget and preferences. I haven’t visited the apartment yet, but the initial steps were easy and smooth. One thing to keep in mind is that AYA requires a guarantor for all international tenants, no matter the income level - this is something I hadn’t encountered with similar companies before.
