I could not get the RX I needed even though I sent proof of who I was multiple times. Now I am requesting a refund since no services were rendered and no one is responding.

Straight forward and affordable way to access birth control and migraine relief. Great providers and easy to contact if you have any issues. Rx was at the pharmacy and filled in under two hours!

Paid $35 for them to tell me to see a doctor in person lol, such a joke of a service

Hypothyroid patient. Went on vacation and ran out of my medications. Attempted to use alpha for a refill. Rather than just refilling my current dose of medications, the alpha provider CHANGED MY HORMONE THERAPY using old labs. Anyone who takes thyroid hormone knows what happened next: day three of vacation I am dizzy, nauseous and bedridden. I’d have been better off using an ER or urgent care. At least my vacation wouldn’t have been shot. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Use PlushCare or TeleDoc instead. Seriously, for seven day refills, what’s the use in changing someone’s medication doses? That’s why we have primary care MDs (who typically cannot prescribe out of state which is why we use these services to begin with…). Use another service.
