This is an awesome service, I have been avoiding going to the doctor just because I’m so busy and my expired asthma inhaler was getting me by. Alpha allowed me to do it all online seamlessly. This should be the future of all healthcare when applicable.

This service is so convenient, and I was really impressed with how attentive the team is to your concerns. Most of my questions were answered in a timely manner, and if there were going to be delays, I was notified as such. I'm only rating 4 stars because the first prescription that was sent to me was not the one I had requested. It was still a generic version of the birth control, but instead of the 28-day pack, I received the 91-day pack. I was nervous about starting a new kind of pack, which would alter my periods. For their part, the Alpha team was very quick to respond and sent me the correct pack right away at no extra charge. Overall I'm so surprised and relieved that I can actually get a birth control prescription online - it has saved me so many headaches from dealing with my outdated doctor's office, and it's been really convenient since I'm a student who travels to and from home a lot. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs their prescription in a pickle!
