I was happy with knowing a physician was looking over my medical questionnaire and after the prescription was shipped knowing it was coming from a US company was great since online based programs/companies may not always hold true to advertising.

my stuff came in fast and efficiently, and the people on the help chat are very friendly and helped me with what i needed. i recommend alpha for anyone needing birth control.

No clear communication. No upfront cost of RX. No way to contact by phone, no invoice sent with RX. I will never do business With them again.

Alpha medical has great customer service and always gets me my medication on time but the best part is not having to talk to a doctor in person about my birth control
