I have had great luck working with Abound as a brand owner (CocoRoo Natural Skin Care). Robin (Director of Content & Community) has always been super helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Had damaged products. Missing items in my order that were paid for. Recently they had a bug in their system which wiped out any existence of my account. They said they can't find me. I had a order pending and fully paid for and now they won't even respond to my emails. I say they were hacked and I hope my payment info isn't compromised. I will never use them again. Pretty shady if you ask me! I have to refund my customers for their orders. I'll be out money as well.

I encourage everyone to stay away from them. There's much better wholesale markets out there. We applied as a company here because we had read what they were looking for in brands, and we fit every single one of their criterial to a tee. We are a best selling handmade ornament company on other online wholesale markets, and we thought this would be an appropriate marketplace to sell on as well. I was wrong, we were rejected without reason and we are not sure why but suspect it there's bad practices going on behind the scenes. According to some other reviews, many other retailers have had a bad time selling on here as well. We've contacted them, and got ignored as if we were completely insignificant. There's no human customer service, and they lack integrity. - OrnamentallyYou Team
