It's a nice, solid piece, delivered on time and well packed. The grey-blue color is very pretty, and just what I was looking for. However, I wasn't so crazy about the brown smudges. I suppose that they were meant to add some kind of texture, but some of them are unsightly. Perhaps they could not be so visible, maybe more subtle. Otherwise, I'm happy with the piece.

Response from Hedgeapple· Feb 4, 2025
Good Morning Eugene, Thank you for your review and I'm so sorry for any concerns with the pick-up of your shipment. I do see here our team is already looking into your shipment to ensure that our freight carrier is scheduled to get this picked up asap. I do see that it was booked with our carrier on the 28th and on average it can take 2-3 business days for the pick-up to be completed. I will ensure our customer service team follows up with you. - The HedgeApple Team

I have ordered 8 or 9 items from Hedgeapple over the last year, most recent order arrived this month, and my experience with the products, the shipping, delivery and the customer service has just been fabulous, 10/10. Two of the items had some damage or defect and Megan in customer service promptly responded, quickly offered appropriate options and resolved the issues very much to my satisfaction. The only aspect I can't speak to is the return process. That's because I've loved every item that I've ordered so far. The two items that did have issues had the problem resolved without needing replacements. This company demonstrates to me that customer satisfaction is priority #1.They don't just talk the talk, they actually walk the talk. How refreshing!
