In a world where there are so many choices for everything, the deciding factor tends to be customer service. I have owned servers with 3 different companies now and Heavy Node is unsurpassed. The customer service is prompt and always polite and helpful. If you don't understand something, they take the time to explain it or do it for you. Support is always available on their Discord as well. This is a very reasonably priced product. You won't find these prices anywhere else. They also offer a free trial... Who else does that?

I have gone through two Minecraft server hosting services. The first one was so-so, but having CPU issues. The second one could not figure out how to setup a MYSQL server, and support took a week before i even heard from them. These guys have their servers running amazingly! Not only that but support is quick and knows their stuff. Thank you guys for providing amazing Minecraft servers, and providing great support who is quick to reply. If you are looking for a hosting service for Minecraft these guys are definitely the best in the industry!

One of the best hosting companies out there. The cheap price for the service might make you think that it’s bad but actually its excellent! Other reviews say support was slow but at least they responded very quickly for me and Rodrigo is a really cool guy. I first bought a budget server to test it out, now I got another big premium one and I’m planning to buy more of their services!

Comparing HeavyNode with other Minecraft hosting providers, you will immediately notice they give one of the best value for specs. You will find it difficult to find a better one for the price they offer. While my tickets weren't answered as quickly as I'd want them to, the staff has only been but helpful to me once they did. Discord is always available though, so at least aside from tickets, you have a quicker way to get their attention. I highly recommend HeavyNode.

This is a super hosting! I am very pleased with the quality of services. Wonderful support, helps with all difficult situations and problems (but a bit long). Сheap rates and a very convenient panel, I recommend!

I will start of by saying that HeavyNode has been the best Server Host that I’ve ever had. Their prices are by far the cheapest on the market. The experience I’ve had has been great despite the price. Rodrigo (the owner) has been very helpful and answers all of my questions within 24 hours or less. Honestly, choosing HeavyNode as your server host will be a decision that you won’t regret.

This company is great honestly, i've never been limited due to the terrible optimizations and choices they've done to the server side knowingly that the owner could if he wanted too, i currently rent like three things from heavynode, vps, a minecraft server, and a web host and the service is all really great, don't listen to all these negative reviews (it's one guy mad cause he got suspended because he was illegally downloading plugins known to have viruses in them (and it did) overall i would recommend this host to for sure it's got better prices than everything out there, and better hardware no hiding anything, 10/10 will continue to use this. excuse my terrible grammar.
