Absolutely Not.
I highly disagree with all of these comments. We had to receive a new controller panel for our clamshell heat press. Waited an entire week, only received part of our order. Called back, waited ANOTHER week for the rest of our control panel order. Was installing the new panel and went to plug the last cord in and it’s stripped with no spacer. Called to get some help on how to attach the extra spacers that the included onto the wire, mind you our shop has been without for three weeks at this point, the man that I was finally transferred to was SO RUDE. Wanted pictures and to wait longer to get answers when I simply wanted to find out how to attach the spacers THEY SENT. Continued to cut me off while trying to explain the issue and was just beyond rude. I’ll never do service with geo knight again because of this person and their actions/carelessness of customers.

Hello Michelle - We are So Sorry you had such a negative experience! It is very rare for our shipping department to leave anything out of an order, and we're happy to see we did ship the missing items to you the same day you contacted us about them. We truly apologize for that parts delay! :-( And, YES.... We understand working on bringing a 2ND-HAND USED Machine 'back to life' electronically can be a challenging and stressful task. Especially attempting the full rewiring & controller installation, plus the auto-popup magnet upgrade you ordered. As you recall, we explained & requested Many Times that we must have pictures of the wiring connections and area you were stuck on. We explained repeatedly it was not possible to provide any helpful support over the phone without seeing your issue, seeing your wiring, and seeing the press & version, and we repeatedly requested your cooperation. We are sorry that our insistence on cooperation and your choppy cell phone connection and abrupt hang up was such an unpleasant experience, but please understand we were all trying to get you resolved as best as we could. Of course the moment we finally received the info & pictures & cooperation we needed, we solved your issue the same day! Michelle, you will be hard pressed to find this type of attentive response, resolution, & resources we sent you (color instructions & video, written step-by-step instructions just for you by email) - anywhere else. Even on an out-of-warranty, USED, 2nd-hand press! Hopefully us keeping you up & running for many years to come will sway & allay your feelings about the quality of our equipment & especially Same-Day service we will provide you! :-)
