Can't recommend working with Aaron and Geo Knight enough. They are a company that we aspire to be like. Great customer service and quick accurate response. We are blessed to have found y'all. The Geo Knight DK20SPT arrived perfectly. Packaged well- easy setup. Very happy. Our guys are plugging away at this first 800 shirt order now. Glad we bought a tank to start with with great support backing it. Xpress Printing Columbus, GA

I have owned a Geo Knight heat press for over 20 years and it has been the best choice I have made in the 50+ years I have been airbrushing garments (t-shirts, jackets, etc.) I highly recommend the Geo Knight 110%, plus their service and response to any questions or problems is 2nd to none, a first class company. Chat with Aaron Knight he has been the best, thanks.

We have been using our DK20S Press for about 15-16 years. We recently had an ERR code come up while using it. I called the contact number, left a message, and received a phone call within a 1/2 day. They knew the issue, described it on the phone, and provided clear instructions to fix the issue through email. Asked if I could reply to let them know if it worked, and that they would follow up. Service was quick, enthusiastic, and well done. The press has been excellent in a school setting with students using it for nearly 2 decades. The service was great. Highly recommend. Worth the extra money for quality of presses, longevity, and service.

The employees at Geo Knight were kind and very professional. They understood the importance of getting my heat press back as soon as possible. They kept my up to date with the receiving, and shipping dates of my machine. They fixed it and returned it quickly.

From start to finish, the turn-around was extremely quick, and the details provided about the parts needed for my heat press were excellent. Aaron went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. He has definitely won my business for many years to come. I highly recommend Geo Knight products.

I purchased a machine from them a year ago and cannot be happier with the product. I recently had a slight technical difficulty and the speed in which they answered the phone and troubleshooted my issue was a refreshing. Within 18 hours, I had the part in my hand and the machine back up and running. These folks build a great product and back it up. Well done to Geo Knight Co. You have a customer for life.

Absolutely the best support in the dye sub industry. You simply won't find support like Knight provides anywhere else. If that matters to you like it does us, you've found a home.
