I love my mat.. I was in a bad car accident and It is helping me relax the muscles in my back.

I have no complaint about the products. I made an overpayment of over $500. It has been almost 2 months and I still have not received the refund, despite repeated phone calls and emails. I told them twice I was going to file a dispute with my credit card. I still have not heard. I shall call Visa now.

I love my mat and really believe it helps me. Also when my mat quit working the customer service was amazing.

I'm unhappy with the InfraMat Pro and the response HealthyLine has given. They promised to deal with it and send me a device but this has not happened and they have ignored my e-mails for months now.
