Never ever use the service. They deliberately failed to disclose the 20% cancelation fee when I asked about canceling. I canceled 24 hours before my scheduled appointment because I located a lab that honored my STAT priority. Health labs could not. They said it could take up to 3 days for a platelet count. I only expect transparency and full disclosure of fee and penalties when asking about cancelation. It's a matter of business ethics. Best to use your local hospital lab like PRISMA.

Tests are significantly cheaper than when done at the hospital. It was fast and efficient. Results are timely
