The agent explained everything very clearly. Very helpful in choosing a health plan. Help with every step of the way. Now with the customer service in getting the verification from my doctor, I received two different answers to my question (2 different people) makes things a little confusing. Still in the beginning getting registered, we’ll see where it goes.
