While my initial conversation with Sheryl,was extremely pleasant and productive, my subsequent communications were troubling, in that, I was not directed to deal with the main issue of why I called. It was finally resolved after repeated transfers to representatives who tried to sell me a product but I clearly stated that I was fired my job recently and needed health care coverage in order to receive necessary medication.
