I had a fantastic experience they helped me with information that I had a hard time finding anywhere else. It made me feel better to read the other reviews stating the same problems I had with the same company. I was taking it personal thinking that I was a single bad experience trying to cancel my order but several other people had the same problem. They helped me so much thank you.

Great representative and lots of patience

Lauren Bourdreaux is who made my experience great. I was in a horrible nightmare loop from a different Medicare provider. I spent literally 2 days, totaling 12 hrs on phone being forwarded from person to person until Lauren. She put my mind at ease with her guidance through a confusing process. I'm glad to be back with UHC! Confident with my choice.
