We are so sorry to hear that Budd. We wanted to let you know that you choose your shipping at checkout and first class is much cheaper than the priority that you chose. Hopefully that would help in the future. Also all orders over $100 we pay for shipping. I know shipping prices have gone up and it’s frustrating for you and us as things are getting more expensive. We truly hope you will come back but understand if the shipping is just too much. -HH

We are sorry to hear that. We suggest going with first class because it is cheaper and usually there in the same amount of time. Priority shipping is more expensive. We have had issues with the USPS getting delayed and we are very sorry to hear about your order is taking too long to get to you. It looks like you got your order within a few days of placing it so I am glad you got it safely. Have a wonderful day!

Yes those treats are definitely hard so they are more shelf stable and we don’t have to put in preservatives. Thanks for letting us know! 💕-HH
