They never shipped me my order that I paid for. DON’T BUY from here. Very disappointed!!!!!

We are sorry that you haven't received your orders up to this day, despite the orders being shipped and having the tracking numbers. We are also wondering why you did not contact us initially about this. We hope you understand that we do not have control of the order once it has been passed on to the courier. Fantastic customer service, my phone autocorrected my address to a previous one and I emailed them to fix it and they were able to help me and get my order to current address.

Shipping takes forever, they send a tracking number because the label was created for the shipper but they don’t actually give the package to the shipper until way later, they failed to mention in their reply to this review that the package was ordered on July 14th but wasn’t delivered until July 26th which was 8 business days later

Your order was placed on July 14, 2022, and we sent your tracking number the next business day which was on July 18, 2022. Our fulfillment timeframe is up to 3 business days and the Economy shipment timeframe will be between 2 and 7 business days. Your order was fulfilled and shipped within the given timeframe. I had a dab rig sent to me broken, had to wait a bit for a new one to come in the mail due to inventory season and they added a 15 dollar gift card on top of the replacement as a token of apology for the wait. No complaints, lets see how the new one is when it gets here.

I bought an unsafe lighter that burned my sofa. I reviewed the lighter and received a canned response that didn’t match my purchase. To resolve the issue, no refund was offered. Instead, I was offered a 10% coupon to buy more. I would avoid this company and purchase through more customer service oriented sellers.

Sent me something I didn’t order. I wrote a complaint in my review, then they called me several times and I finally answered and they wanted to send me what I ordered for free. I have never had a company try that many times to contact me to make me a satisfied customer. The best customer service experience I have ever had! Thank you so much.
