Cedric I know we have spoken offline and this issue was resolved via a refund but wanted to call out publically that I am sorry for the delay here. Covid has really slowed down all warehouse activity so, as the website banner notes, everyone is experience very, very long delays from time to time. Unfortunately, this was one such instance. Again, I know this matter was already handled but I wanted to close it out here with another apology for the delay there. I hope you can see it to give us another shot sometime as this is not at all "typical" and we are doing everything we can to get past these hurdles. Looking forward to seeing you back in the future.

Please let me know when a good time to reach you is and I will personally see that you get a solution here. Again, sorry to hear about your broken whip. I would love to help make this right though.
