Order was mailed to wrong address even by talking to a HDIS representative do this wouldn't happen.

Pros: Shipping was fast. Dropped $8 flat shipping fee. Replaced with $2.95 Order Charge + tax. Cons: Price has changed from $40.45 for 168 pads to $59.99! A 50% increase in price. To add insult to injury the "new" pads are half as thick and the extra pad in the center is 50% of the area of the old pads. Bottom Line: You have to pay a lot more for a lot less!

When it said long,I thought they were longer than the normal ones. I am not happy with them but will use until gone.

You had the return label right up there in plain sight now everyone in the office knows where this package came from not happy!

Took 10 days to receive 1lb package from St. Louis to Boston. Must have been on a very slow truck.

We placed an order. Nothing happened. We placed a second order. When the bags eventually arrived, they were baled up and we had to reconfigure them to fit in the dispenser. Frankly, we'll be looking for a more reliable supplier.
