The products are exactly as described and delivery time is reasonable. I had a question and small problem that was handled very efficiently and timely by customer service. I would recommend this vender.

I understand that one of your invoice was lost at delivery. The second one gave me some trouble, since each time I was either at the hospital or a doctor’s appointment with my husband who suffers from Colo rectal cancer. FedEx had to make 3 trips. They finally delivered it on Saturday. Besides delivery problems, your product is very much appreciated by my husband who must be in bed most of his days, with constant incontinence. Thank you.. Yours truly, Marie Rock

I like the convenience since I don't get around a great deal anymore, however I do think your prices are on the high side.

The cost of the product was more than previous purchases from Amazon; the item was not available from them when trying to re-order. Other than that, shipping, payment procedure and condition of product received was excellent.
