I’m happy that it only takes a few days to get here. I’m really happy that everyone has been able to find my place without any issues.

I’ve used Home Care Deliveeed for a few years now . The customer service is excellent. My single issue is that sometimes I receive an item that is not the correct size or style. My belt was not correct size the last shipment. Once I received the wrong style bags.

My last order arrived the day after my sensor expired even though I ordered the replacements in plenty of time.

I have been very pleased with services and response from agents in the past but recently I have not only had issues related to continuation of delivery services but also found the agents to be significantly less helpful and informative. There appears to be a change in attitude which has concerned and disappointed me.

The reps are very personable and always resolve any issues if you have them.
