This company is amazing. They really work with you to get the right diapers and then call you every month to re-order. Can't say enough great things!

The products are always delivered on time and the constant reminders are awesome. The Representatives are always nice and very patient. I also love the automatic system that allows you to order your products.

HCD has always been great with my supplies. I get them as promised on the day promised. The only issue I have is in one of the supplies I use a lot of. Gauze pads. I have 3 wounds that get treated 3 times a week. So the home health care nurse goes thru a lot of them. I am approved for 1 loaf of 200 gauze pads, and a box of individually wrapped single pads. It would seem more economical to be able to get 2 loaves of pads. I know this is an insurance issue, but maybe it could be looked into, for those customers that use a lot of gauze pads. So not a problem with HCD, just an issue.
