Sometimes the staff doesn't listen. Some just laugh and want me off the phone. Very disheartening.

Only had an issue one time with confirming order online other than that great service.

I HAVE NO DESIRE TO CHANGE COMPANIES. I GET CONFUSED WHEN I ORDER AND PARTS COME FROM DIFFERENT LOCATIONS FOR A SPLIT ORDER. I DO ALSO TRY TO ORDER , IN MY CASE, MORE POUCHES AS I CAN MAKE WAFERS LAST LONGER. WHEN I TRY ORDERING 2 POUCHES AND NO WAFERS, IT IS BECAUSE I CAN GET BY WITH USING THEM LIKE THAT. NOT ALL THE TIME , BUT WHEN I CAN.

I have had a good experience with home care delivery. Little friction with customer service.

I never knew about this service for the first 7-8 years of her life. What a financial blessing The only one issue I have and it is minor when they call about your monthly order when you answer the call it tells you to hold on until an agent can come on the line. It is frustrating because if I am at work and you are calling me please have the courtesy to be on the other end when I answer

Hello, Overall you guys are doing an outstanding job! There is always room for improvement. I just want to make sure that these representatives I give KUDOS to whenever I talk to them get there recognition they deserve as I heard from some they don't even if the client give them KUDOS. They all deserve it!!

Very helpful, we tried many products till we were satisfied, monthly supply always on time

They go out of their way to reach me to order my supplies. Delivery is quick. They would get 5 stars except for their over packaging. I have been unable to speak with anyone that can take care of that.
