They are extremely helpful in finding a list of my needs, they deal with my insurance and Dr's so I DON'T have to. Always contacts me (with a very respectful and knowledgeable person) to make sure my order is correct, if I need any of their other products, and gets it to me on time. Great company, I'm very impressed and wouldn't even think about switching to a different one.
