When trying to change my product I could not find what I was looking for. An item was not carried and/or the consultant gave me the wrong item number, leading to the wrong product.

My main complaint is that the adult pullons dont come in a size that fits me so im wearing undestr garments that are too small and therefore they dont protect me well which leaves me with soiled clothing regularly which is very embarassing and causes me to have to wash clothes daily

I’m not happy with the quality of briefs. You’re not supposed to double-brief, but even after trying different sizes and options, one brief is just not able to work effectively. I have tried other brands that work just fine.

We have struggled to get products that meet the incontinence needs of my adult daughter with special needs. The products that we have trialed, thus far, have been of inferior quality and were not sufficient to absorb sufficiently. Customer service is polite and helpful, however.
