They are acceptable in their service. However the product that is use does not fit me very well. It is too large.

The program is prompt and courteous and dependable. I would rate them a 5 except that for a period of 4 months I found multi legged insects in my order. They got loose in my apartment. I don't know if they were poisonous or not but was very destressed by the event. The last 2 deliveries have been bug free.

Being female, I prefer that I be called by a female when you call to check to see if I need new supplies. I find it embarrassing to talk to a man about my bladder control issues. Also, when you call, is it not sufficient to ask if I need another delivery? Must the caller ask such personal questions like: How many do you use each day, how many do you have left, is your bladder leakage slight, medium or heavy. These questions were asked during the initial interview, I do not feel there is a need to go over it again every time it's time to send out more supplies. If there is a change in my circumstances, where I need a larger supply or something that can contain a heavier leakage, trust me I will say so, but don't embarrass me by asking such personal questions every month. Other than that I am very pleased with the product.
