Fairly easy to reorder but there have been numerous times I was concerned that my order of CGM sensors might not arrive on time

While the packing slip reflected correctly, the wring items were sent. I had to pay out of pocket so my son would have supplies until the correct items come (Hopefully soon) As I was trying to explain to customer service what had happened, I had to tell her to listen to me (as opposed to interrupting.) She seemed to be in a rush, didn't tell me what I needed to do to return the wrong items we received. I understand it was near the end of the day on a Friday. I look forward to a better customer service experience in the future, especially with orders that come incorrect.

Every 6 months it just seems like a major deal to get Dr’s files and notes updated. I end up having to use my old meter and poke my fingers for a week or more before getting my supplies.

Doing ok. Actually getting both boxes at the same time finally. Would be nice if we could get them the same time each month. It started out the 1-3 then it wast around the 8th then the 11th now the 15th. Just would love it to be the same date every month.
