No one from customer service responded to any of my multiple messages I sent. The electric oven we received is a health-hazard. Toxic fumes wete evaporating during cooking process. Onle one-time used but could not return as no tesponse received.

I've emailed and emailed this company they've never contacted me Sparks fly when I plug it in they've got a scam warranty you only have four weeks I'm very upset nobody's help me I would never recommend this company or the product

the ititem I purchased does not work as good as it should. I don't like the slices that come out and this other attachment is far from julian cuts

Machine has become faulty after 2 months of use, unable to make coffee or use. Hard to find online solutions. Appears as though there are a lots of moving parts for a simple process.

Bought the coffee machine under the assumption this was a reputable Saxon product instead of a cheap knock off from Shengzu…and it broke in 8 weeks! Awful

Had the misfortune to buy this product: grind-and-brew-coffee-maker?variant=40616123760847 I 'assumed' this was a swiss company but its a front for a shoddy operation from Shegzou....I had the machine for 8 weeks and it has now gone kaput! Sadly, once I knew about the 'mistake', I awaited the inevitable epic fail - and here it is. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
